Title:
ROTARY MACHINE SYSTEM, DIAGNOSIS DEVICE, AND DIAGNOSIS METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/234985
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a technology that makes it possible to highly accurately diagnose a state such as an abnormality relating to a power transmission mechanism while suppressing or preventing erroneous diagnosis and the like, even if there is motor and rotating machine load fluctuation. This rotary machine system 100 comprises a motor 3 driven on the basis of electrical power supplied from an electrical power supply, a power transmission mechanism 6, a rotary machine 4, and a diagnosis device 10 connected to an electrical power line from the electrical power supply to the motor 3. The power transmission mechanism 6 comprises power transmission components such as a first pulley 3P on the motor 3 side, a second pulley 4P on the rotary machine 4 side, and a belt 5. If the load applied to the rotary machine 4 from the motor 3 via the power transmission mechanism 6 fluctuates, the diagnosis device 10: detects the current of the electrical power; normalizes current values as a time series of the detected current for each prescribed time interval; uses current data that has been normalized to at least determine, as the state of the power transmission mechanism 6, whether the power transmission mechanism 6 is normal or abnormal; and stores or outputs the result of the diagnosis.
