Abstract:

A centrifugal compressor 1 according to the present invention is provided with, as gas flow paths: diffuser flow paths 54 to which process gas flowed from an impeller 4 to the outer side in a radial direction Dr is flowed; curved flow paths 55 which are connected to the corresponding diffuser flow paths 54 and which each deflect the flow direction of the process gas to a direction from the outer side in the radial direction to the inner side in the radial direction Dr; and return flow paths 56 which are connected to the corresponding curved flow paths 55 and through which the process gas having flowed through the corresponding curved flow paths 55 is caused to flow into the impeller 4. In the present invention, the curved flow path 55 serving as at least one of a plurality of gas flow paths is provided between a diaphragm 51 and a flow path forming body 60 which is provided between the diaphragm 51 and a casing 101.
