Abstract:
[Problem] An internal gear is required in housing for a planetary gear mechanism. [Solution] A drive rotor 2 and driven rotors 3, 3a are housed in a mixing chamber 5 inside a housing 1; inflow paths 13, 13a for chemical liquid for the mixing chamber 5 are formed in an upper section of the housing 1; an outflow path 14 for the mixed liquid is formed in a lower section of the housing 1; and the mixing chamber 5 can rotate the drive rotor 2 and the driven rotors 3, 3a and is formed so as to be capable of regulating the position of the drive rotor 2 and the driven rotors 3, 3a. The driven rotors 3, 3a can rotate in the opposite direction in conjunction with the rotation of the drive rotor 2, in a state in which the lower ends of the driven rotors 3, 3a are positioned higher than a floor section of the mixing chamber 5 and the upper ends are positioned lower than a lower surface of a lid 4, by meshing the drive rotor 2 and the driven rotors 3, 3a, and, as a result, rotation at a fixed position is possible without providing a housing posture maintenance means for the driven rotors 3, 3a in the housing 1, simply by same meshing with the drive rotor 2 and being housed inside the mixing chamber 5.
