Abstract:
The invention relates to a rotary piston compressor, which includes a cylinder block with an inlet passage and an outlet passage, a pivotable partition arranged between the inlet passage and outlet passage of the cylinder block, a rolling rotor, a driving shaft and an eccentric race located between an eccentric section of the driving shaft and the rolling rotor and turning freely therebetween. With the change of centrifugal force, the eccentric race rotates so as to adjust the eccentricity of rolling rotor, thereby adjusts automatically the pressure between he peripheral surface of the rolling rotor and internal wall of cylinder block, which can obtain the effective sealing between the peripheral surface of the rolling rotor and internal wall of the cylinder block and reduce the wear therebetween; the pivotable partition decreases the mechanical wear and vibration. Therefore, the invention improves the service life and efficiency of the compressor.
