Abstract:
A display is provided. A display according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode; and a light-emitting layer, disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, for emitting first light in a polarized state rotating in a first direction toward the first electrode and emitting second light in a polarized state rotating in a second direction which is a reverse direction of the first direction; and a polarizing layer, disposed in a light emitting direction on the basis of the first electrode, for passing light that rotates in the first direction, wherein the second light is reflected by the second electrode and has a polarization state rotating in the first direction, and passes through the polarizing layer, and wherein as external incident light passes through the polarizing layer, the external incident light has a polarization state rotating in the first direction, and then the external incident light having a polarization state rotating in the first direction is reflected by the second electrode and has a polarization state rotating in the second direction such that the external incident light is blocked from being emitted to the outside by the polarizing layer.
