Abstract:
A rotary positioning and adjusting device and a curtain provided with said device. The rotary positioning and adjusting device comprises a shaft sleeve (303) and a connecting rod (1). A reel (304) is fixedly connected to the end of the connecting rod (1); a fixing seat (305) is sleeved on the connecting rod (1); the reel (304) is arranged in the fixing seat (305); and a power storage assembly is installed in a cavity of the shaft sleeve (303). The power storage assembly comprises a power input piece (300), a second torsion spring (301) and a power output piece (302); a first supporting leg (315) of the second torsion spring (301) is connected in a hooked mode to one side of an input stop block (314) of the power input piece (300), and a second supporting leg (316) of the second torsion spring (301) is connected in a hooked mode to the other side of the input stop block (314). A first torsion spring (310) is further installed on the rotary positioning and adjusting device. The up and down adjustment and positioning of the curtain are achieved by means of the second torsion spring (301) and the first torsion spring (310), and the stability is high.
