Abstract:
A rotary pushing device (100), which is used for controlling a catheter or a guidewire and comprising a base (101), a rotary table (102), a pushing unit and a pushing driving portion (109), wherein the rotary table (102) is arranged on the base (101) by means of two hollow pivot shafts (103); the base (101) is provided with a rotary driving portion (104) for driving the rotary table (102) to rotate; the pushing unit is arranged on the rotary table (102), and comprises an upper pushing roller (107) and a lower pushing roller (108), which are correspondingly arranged one above the other; at least part of the upper pushing roller (107) and the lower pushing roller (108) are arranged in a vertically staggered manner; and the pushing driving portion (109) drives the pushing unit to act. By means of the present invention, stable pushing of the guidewire or the catheter can be effectively improved, the structure of a product is simplified, modularization of the rotary pushing device (100) is realized, assembly is more convenient, tensioning of each guidewire or catheter can also be achieved by means of a new transmission mode so as to ensure the accuracy of an operation action, and the rotary pushing device is more practical.
