Abstract:
The present invention discloses a device for vaporization of carbonaceous homogenous and heterogeneous, segregated or unsegregated, wet or dry input feed comprising of a rotary reactor cum vaporizer vessel system. In particular, the present invention discloses a rotary reactor cum vaporizer vessel system, having controls for temperature, rotational speed (03,07) and inclination (04,17), and which avoids direct combustion of feed material inside the vessel at any given time. The present invention further discloses a rotary reactor cum vaporizer vessel system designed to provide a continuous vaporization process of carbonaceous input feed material into high molecular weight hydrocarbons in vapour state.
