Timepiece regulating member (300) comprising a detached escapement mechanism (200) with a lever (7) and a resonator (100) having a Q quality factor, comprising an inertial element (2) with a pin (6) rigidly secured to the inertial element (2) and interacting with a fork (8) of the lever (7), the inertial element (2) being acted upon by elastic return means (3) fastened directly or indirectly to the plate (1) and being arranged to interact indirectly with an escapement wheel (4) that is part of the escapement mechanism (200); the resonator mechanism (100) is a rotary resonator with a virtual pivot, pivoting about a main axis (DP), and has a flexible guide system subjected to the elastic return of at least two flexible blades (5) fastened to the plate (1), together defining a virtual pivot with a main axis (DP), the lever (7) pivoting about a secondary axis (DS).
