Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of rotary steerable drilling systems, and disclosed in the present invention are a rotary steerable tool and a transmission mode and device for a rib plate control signal thereof. The transmission device comprises: a fixed ring housing, a movable ring housing, a fixed ring contact, a movable ring contact ring, a fixed ring outgoing line terminal, a movable ring outgoing line terminal, an upper end sealing mechanism, and a lower end sealing mechanism; and the fixed ring housing is mounted on a rotary sleeve of the rotary steerable tool, and the movable ring housing is mounted on a central shaft of the rotary steerable tool. According to the present invention, the whole rotary steerable tool is used as a slip ring, and the signal transmission between the central shaft and a rib plate on the rotary sleeve is implemented by means of the contact between the fixed ring contact fixed on the fixed ring housing and the movable ring contact ring fixed on the movable ring housing. According to the present invention, a rotary transformer in the prior art is replaced with the transmission device, and energy and control signals are transmitted to a control motor of the rib plate by means of the transmission device, such that the technical difficulty is greatly reduced, the reliability is improved, and costs are reduced.
