Abstract:
A rotary switch device that disconnects a fixed contact point (1) and a movable contact point (2) by rotating the movable contact point (2) on the fixed contact point (1), wherein both of the contact points have a contact surface that is made to be electro-conductive in a band shape for rust prevention, and both contact surfaces are provided with an excessive contact region (3) on which a point of contact with regard to the other contact point within a predetermined connection-operation angle moves from one edge towards another edge after contact begins.
