Abstract:
A spinning preparatory machine is disclosed with a rotary table (1) for laying card slivers into sliver cans (10). The base body of the rotary table is cast. The object of the invention is to reduce rejects during manufacture of the rotary table (1). A characteristic of the invention is that a cover (7) that lines the lower surface of the rotary table (1) is secured to the lower side of the rotary table (1). The cover (7) is a covering plate that can be prefabricated with various shapes and be secured to the rotary table.
