Abstract:
Provided is a rotary telescopic machine core (3), comprising: a driving mechanism (31), a transmission mechanism (32) and an output rotation shaft (33). The transmission mechanism (32) comprises a rotating transmission mechanism (321) and a lifting transmission mechanism (322). The rotating transmission mechanism (321) is driven to rotate by the driving mechanism (31), and drives the output rotation shaft (33) to rotate around an axial direction thereof. The lifting transmission mechanism (322) is driven to rotate by the driving mechanism (31). The output rotation shaft (33) is provided with an interlinking member (332), the interlinking member (332) abuts against the lifting transmission mechanism (322), and during the rotation of the lifting transmission mechanism (322), the height of an abutting and mating face between the interlinking member (332) and the lifting transmission mechanism (322) continuously changes so as to drive the output rotation shaft (33) to move up and down in the axial direction thereof. Further provided is a skin care apparatus using the rotary telescopic machine core (3). In the rotary telescopic machine core (3) and the skin care apparatus using same, by means of providing the lifting transmission mechanism (322), the output rotation shaft (33), during the process of rotating, drives a cleaning assembly (2) to move up and down while rotating so as to realize better cleaning and massaging effects.
