Abstract:
[Problem] Provided is a tightening machine capable of reducing the reaction force arising when a bolt or nut is tightened. [Solution] This invention is primarily provided with a spindle (10) for mounting a bolt-tightening driver and transmitting rotation to the driver, a torque transducer (20) for accurately measuring the torque and speed of the spindle (10), a primary gear assembly (30) for converting the rotational speed and torque strength of the spindle (10), a motor (40) for transmitting rotation to the primary gear assembly (30), a secondary gear assembly (50) mounted on the opposite side of the motor (40) from the primary gear assembly (30), a plate spring (60) detachable from the secondary gear assembly (50), and a casing (90) for housing the aforementioned components.
