A rotary-type sliding adjustment device, comprising: a knob (1), two clamping clips (2), an elastic element, and a rotating shaft (4). The knob (1) is in linked connection with one end of the rotating shaft (4), the other end of the rotating shaft (4) is provided with a clamping block (41); the height of the clamping block (41) is less than the width thereof. One end of the two clamping clips (2) is rotatably connected to a fixed shaft (53), the other end thereof jointly encloses to form a cavity; the other end of each of the clamping clips (22) is respectively provided with an abutting block (22); the abutting blocks (22) of the two clamping clips (2) are arranged in an intersecting manner, and are respectively arranged on two sides of the clamping block (41); the elastic element is provided at the end of the clamping clips (2) which is rotatably connected with the fixed shaft (53), and is arranged between the two clamping clips (2), with two ends of the elastic element respectively abutting against the clamping clips (2). The adjustment device may remain in an unlocked state without a user having to maintain a pressing or rotating motion, and a switching force is small.
