The claimed device relates to the field of power engineering. The rotary vane machine comprises a stationary housing in the form of a stator (1), and a hollow rotor (7) which has radial profiled bores (8) with opposite concave curved surfaces (10) and is mounted inside the stator (1) eccentrically relative to the bore (2) thereof. The rotary vane mechanism has vanes (11) which are situated inside the cavity (9) of the rotor (7) and are disposed in grooves (13) provided in hinges (14) such as to be spaced therefrom or not spaced therefrom but being able to slide. The hinges (14) have a profiled convex outer surface (15) and interact, via a space (16) or by means of the slideable surface (15), with the opposing concave curved surfaces of the bores (8) in the cavity (9). The portions of the hinges (14) which lie between the groove (13) for the vane (11) and the surface (15) of the hinge (14) form two opposing segments (17) of the hinge (14), one surface of which is designed to interact with the flat working surface of the vane (11) while the other interacts with the concave curved surface of the radial profiled bore (8) of the cavity (9). The invention is directed at increasing the reliability and enhancing the performance of the machine.
