The present invention relates to a rotary water intake screen apparatus, wherein the rotary water intake screen apparatus according to the present invention is a water intake screen apparatus that filters impurities from inflowing seawater as it consists of a multistage lattice mesh formed by vertical bars and horizontal bars installed at a seawater inlet, and further comprises a rotating means for rotating the vertical bars and horizontal bars forming each of the lattice meshes.
