Abstract:
Disclosed is a rotatable, parallel control, high flow rate, high frequency response digital valve composed of the constituent parts of a valve body (1), a valve sleeve (2), a left servo motor (15) and a right servo motor (9), wherein the valve sleeve (2) is rotatably mounted in the valve body (1), and a valve core (3) is rotatably mounted in the valve sleeve (2); two ends of the valve core are provided with a valve core hole for passage of high pressure oil or low pressure oil, cooperating with a helical groove (2X, 2Y) at a position corresponding to two sides of the valve sleeve, and axial movement of the valve core (3) is realised by pressure control of left and right side chambers of the valve core (3); the right servo motor (9) drives the valve core (3) to rotate, the left servo motor (15) drives the valve sleeve (2) to rotate, bidirectional rotation is realised by parallel control of the valve core (3) and the valve seat (2), breaking through the frequency limit caused by traditionally only having valve core (3) rotation; and the valve sleeve (2) is provided with a helical groove mechanism with different helical lifting angles, enabling the valve core (3) rotation to be axial movement to have a multi-stage gain function.By means of digital control of parallel rotation of the valve core (3) and the valve sleeve (2) and by means of a helical groove array structure having a multi-stage gain function, the digital valve realises a servo valve with high flow rate and high frequency response and precise control of terminal position.
