Abstract:
Disclosed is a rotating arc sensor, comprising a mount (1), a driver (2) and a swinging assembly (3), wherein a connecting assembly (11) is arranged in the mount (1); an upper end of the driver (2) is arranged on the periphery of the mount (1); the swinging assembly (3) is arranged on the driver (2); a lower end of the connecting assembly (11) passes through the driver (2) and the swinging assembly (3) so as to be connected to a welding gun (4); and the swinging assembly (3) drives the lower end of the connecting assembly (11) to move annularly. The rotating arc sensor uses a double eccentric design composed of a first eccentric cylinder (311) and a second eccentric cylinder (321), thereby enabling annular movement of the welding gun (4), improving control precision and eccentricity adjustment precision and reducing vibrations, such that a seam tracking effect is improved.
