Disclosed are a rotating battery storage station, a battery charging and exchanging system, a battery operation platform, and a battery position adjustment method. The rotatable battery storage station comprises: a support frame assembly and a driving device. The support frame assembly comprises a first support frame and a second support frame. The first support frame is rotatably supported by the second support frame. The first support frame has one or more lateral portions that surround a rotating axis thereof. The lateral portions are provided with battery storage compartments and are capable of rotating to a battery exchanging position, wherein a battery can be moved into or removed from the battery storage compartment at the battery exchanging position. The driving device is configured to provide a driving force, such that the first support frame rotates about the rotating axis with respect to the second support frame. The present invention effectively reduces the cost of investing in apparatuses, and improves the overall space utilization rate and scalability of a system, thereby facilitating flexible spatial deployment of the system.
