Abstract:
A rotating component temperature monitoring system, comprising a rotating component (4) and an infrared radiation intensity monitoring device. The infrared radiation intensity monitoring device comprises an induction probe (2) facing the end surface of the rotating component, and a gap exists between an induction end of the induction probe (2) and the end surface of the rotating component (4); and the infrared radiation intensity monitoring device further comprises a signal processing device and a power supply module, and the signal processing device is connected to the induction probe (2) and the power supply module. The induction probe (2) collects infrared radiation of the end surface of the rotating component (4), after processing, the surface temperature and the temperature field distribution of the rotating component (4) are calculated according to an algorithm, distributed detection is adopted, the measurement result is more accurate, the temperature of the rotating component (4) can be effectively monitored, motor rotor winding insulation failure or permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor demagnetization due to excessive rotor temperature can be avoided, motor performance degradation is prevented, and the motor reliability is high.
