Abstract:
Provided is a rotating damper which, after same is finished, can be attached to a sliding hinge. A rotating damper (3) comprises: a shaft body (11) that has a first shaft section (11a), a second shaft section (11b), and a flange section (11c) which is provided between the first shaft section (11a) and the second shaft section (11b) and which has a larger outer diameter than the first shaft section (11a) and the second shaft section (11b); and a rotating damper component (12) into which the first shaft section (11a) of the shaft body (11) is inserted and which is disposed between the flange section (11c) of the shaft body (11) and an extraction stop (11a1) at the end of the first shaft section (11a) of the shaft body (11). The second shaft section (11b) of the shaft body (11) is inserted into a mounting hole (8) in a side wall (5a) of a sliding hinge (2) such that the second shaft section (11b) is attached to the sliding hinge (2).
