The purpose of the present invention is to provide a rotating electric machine, a drive device of the rotating electric machine, and a drive system of the rotating electric machine which can reduce common mode noise across a wide frequency range.　This rotating electric machine drive system (1) is provided with two rotating electric machines (31, 32) and a drive device (2) which drives the two rotating electric machines. The drive device is provided with a first inverter (21) and a second inverter (22) which individually drive the two rotating electric machines, and the carrier signals that control the first inverter and the second inverter are set in reverse phases from each another. The connection line between the first inverter and one rotating electric machine and/or the connection line between the second inverter and the other rotating electric machine is provided with a balance capacitor (8) and a balance inductor (9) between the connection line and the ground potential such that the ground impedance occurring between the one rotating electric machine and the ground potential matches the ground impedance occurring between the other rotating electric machine and the ground potential.
