Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a rotor (15) having a shaft (2); a stator (16) formed around the rotor (15); a seal ring (1) which is formed around the shaft (2) and in which are formed a plurality of through holes (22); a gland seal (3) which is formed to surround the periphery of the seal ring (1) and in which an oil supply port (62) is formed; and a partition plate (5) formed between the seal ring (1) and the gland seal (3). The partition plate (5) is formed at a position facing the oil supply port (62) and is fixed to an upper wall (31) and a lower wall (32) of the gland seal (3) in the axial direction (Y). The partition plate (5) is provided with reinforcing plates (51) which: are disposed at positions not blocking the oil supply port (62); are fixed to a side wall (50) of the partition plate (5) at the gland seal side thereof; and are in close contact with a peripheral wall (33) of the gland seal (3).
