Title:
ROTATING ELECTRIC MACHINE STATOR STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/158311
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of obtaining a rotating electric machine stator structure, the reliability of which can be improved by preventing coils from contacting each other due to the movements of a lead-out wire, a neutral wire, and the like above a stator. A transition portion 27 from a rectangular wire to a round wire is disposed outside a coil end 28. The rotating electric machine stator structure is configured such that the rectangular wire having a high rigidty or a coil that is in a state of transition from the rectangular wire to the round wire is reliably disposed in the coil end 28. A rectangular wire portion 25 having hardness increased by work hardening and therefore having a large rigidity or the transition portion 27 is in the coil end 28 where the distance between coils is narrow and no room is left. Accordingly, even if a lead-out wire and a neutral wire which pass through a space above the stator and are distributed move and thereby are shaked, the amounts of movements of the coils in the coil end 28 decrease, thereby making it possible to suppress the contact between the coils in the coil end 28 and prevent the short-circuit between the coils.
