　A permanent-magnet-type rotating electrical machine is provided with a stator (12), a rotor (14) rotatably provided on the inner side of the stator (12), and a permanent magnet (26) embedded inside the rotor core (24) of the rotor (14). An angle (θ) between a straight line (L1) connecting the center position between two permanent magnets (26) disposed in a V-shape and the center (O) of the rotor (14), and a straight line (L2) connecting the center (O) of the rotor (14) and the outer circumferential side peak (M1) of one of the permanent magnets (26) satisfies the relationship 0.65<Θ (=θ/(180/P))<0.80, where P is the number of poles of the rotor (14).
