Abstract:
Provided is a rotating electrical machine comprising: a stator having a stator core formed of a first metal material and having a tooth part, and a coil wound around the tooth part; a support member formed of a second metal material having a higher coefficient of linear expansion than the first metal material, the supporting member supporting the stator; a rotor that is disposed coaxially with the stator and has a space in the radial direction with respect to the stator; and an annular part that is positioned between the stator core and the support member in the radial direction and is fixed by casting to the stator core. The annular part is formed of a plurality of materials, including a first material having a lower coefficient of linear expansion than the first metal material, and a second material having a higher coefficient of linear expansion than the first metal material.
