Abstract:

Provided is a high-torque, low-noise rotating electrical machine. A cross-over conductor 233b having a normal slot pitch connects between slot conductors 233a in the rotating electrical machine 200 such that a slot 237 is straddled at one coil end 241 at a slot pitch Np = N (= 6), when the number of slots for each electrode is N (= 6) and the slot 237 is straddled at a slot pitch Np = N (= 6) at the other coil end 241. A cross-over conductor 233b having an irregular slot pitch connects between slot conductors 233a such that a slot 237 is straddled at one coil end 241 at a slot pitch Np = N + 1 (= 7), when the number of slots for each electrode is N (= 6) and the slot 237 is straddled at a slot pitch Np = N - 1 (= 5) at the other coil end 241. A stator winding 238 has a plurality of slot conductor groups 234, each group comprising a plurality of slot conductors 233a having the same phase.
