Title:
ROTATING ELECTRICAL MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/086615
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In the present invention, an outer rotor (30) configuring an induced magnetic pole array disposed between a stator and an inner rotor has: a cylindrical rotor core (40); and a first flange (31) and second flange (32) on the two ends of the rotor core (40). The rotor core (40) is configured from a stacked body that stacks integral annular electromagnetic steel sheets in the axial direction. The rotor core (40) has: a plurality of magnetic sections (41) that each configure an induced magnetic pole and that protrude in the axial direction at a spacing having a set pitch in the circumferential direction; and a plurality of linking sections (43) that each link adjacent magnetic sections (41) together. Adjacent magnetic sections (41) and linking sections (43) define roughly trapezoidal spaces (42) configuring non-magnetic sections. Also, the rotor core (40) and the first flange (31) and second flange (32) are fastened to each other in the state of fastening force being applied in the axial direction by means of fastening bolts (70) that penetrate the spaces (42) of the rotor core (40) of the outer rotor (30). As a result, the rotating electrical machine can have improved assembly characteristics by means of a simplified configuration of a second rotor provided with an induced magnetic pole array.
