Title:
ROTATING ELECTRICAL MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/168295
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To minimize decline in rotation characteristics due to demagnetization occurring during energization of a rotating electrical machine. [Solution] The rotor (3) of the rotating electrical machine (1) has an iron core (11) provided with: a cylindrical linking part (13) enclosing a shaft (10), a plurality of magnetic pole parts (14) corresponding in number to the pole number, disposed radially outside the linking part (13), a magnet gap (15) passing through in an axial direction between the magnetic pole parts (14), and a flange part (19) extending in the circumferential direction from the magnetic pole parts (14) so as to at least partially cover the radial outside of the magnet gap (15); and a permanent magnet (12) positioned in the magnet gap (15). The permanent magnet (12) is positioned in the magnet gap (15) in such a way that the radial outside surface and the flange part (19) are separated by a first prescribed distance (H1) in the radial direction.
