Abstract:
Disclosed is a rotating entrapped biological contactor wastewater treatment apparatus, comprising a reaction tank, a rotary mesh cage, a plurality of fan-shaped inner cages and a plurality of reaction balls. The reaction tank is used for accommodating wastewater to be treated; the rotary mesh cage is arranged in the reaction tank in an axial rotation manner and is used for enabling a part of the area of the rotary mesh cage to be alternately immersed in the wastewater to be treated and exposed to the air; the plurality of fan-shaped inner cages are arranged in the rotary mesh cage in an extractable manner; and the fan-shaped inner cages are filled with the reaction balls, any reaction ball is provided with a plurality of through holes communicating with an inner space of the reaction ball, and the inner space is filled with sludge particles containing a microorganism entrapping strain. Further disclosed is a method for manufacturing a reaction ball. The method comprises the following steps: 1. dehydrating a biological strain; 2. adding a setting agent, and stirring same into mixed mud; 3. adding a curing agent and water into the mixed mud; 4. injecting same into a mold to form particles; 5. drying same by using a drying oven; and 6. taking out, cleaning and training the particles.
