Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for the heat recovery of thermal energy in air due to a rotating heat exchanger comprising a rotating thermal wheel which is arranged in an air exhaust channel and in an air incoming channel, the air flow thereof flowing through the thermal wheel, an air flow being heated and an air flow being cooled. According to the invention, the thermal wheel is divided into an even number of sectors forming chambers and having closed separation walls, and the air exhaust channels and air incoming channels which are adjacent to said sectors are respectively always connected to half of the sector-shaped chambers when the thermal wheel is at a standstill.
