Abstract:
A first determination unit carries out processing (first processing) in which intensity ratios are determined through the sequential division of intensity values composing first data by a reference intensity value (steps S3 and S4). If a prescribed period has passed, a second determination unit calculates the average variation rate of the first data over the prescribed period and determines whether the average variation rate is within a predetermined range (steps S9 and S10). If a determination is made that the average variation rate is within the predetermined range, the reference intensity value is updated so as to be reduced (step S11). If the reference intensity value is updated, the first determination unit uses the updated reference intensity value for the first processing in the next prescribed period.
