Abstract:
A rotating machine control device (10) is capable of driving a polyphase rotating machine (800) and direct current rotating machines (710, 720) having a first terminal (T1) connected to a phase current path of a three-phase winding set (801). A control unit (30) controls operations of inverter switching elements (IU1H/L, IV1H/L, IW1H/L) and direct current rotating machine switches (MU1H/L, MU2H/L) in a "drive circuit of the polyphase rotating machine (800) and the direct current rotating machines (710, 720)". The control unit (30) includes abnormality detection units (40, 50) for detecting abnormalities in polyphase electric power converters (601, 602) or the polyphase rotating machine (800), or abnormalities in the direct current rotating machine switches (MU1H/L, MU2H/L) or the direct current rotating machines (710, 720). The control unit (30) changes switching operations of the inverter switching elements and the direct current rotating machine switches, in accordance with abnormalities.
