Abstract:

Provided is a rotating machine provided with a stator having a structure reducible in size. A resin-molded stator (20) in a rotating machine includes a stator core (21), a coil, a terminal (50), and a molded section (60). The stator core (21) is formed by laminating steel plates. The coil is provided on the stator core (21). A drawn-out wire section, which is the end of the wire forming the coil, and a lead wire are connected to the terminal (50). The molded section (60) covers a coil end section on one end surface side in the lamination direction of the stator core (21). The terminal (50) is configured such that a part connected to the drawn-out wire section is provided inside the molded section (60) on one end surface side of the stator core (21), and an external connection part (51) connected to the lead wire is provided projecting from the molded section (60) toward a rotary shaft (18) of a rotor (12) in the rotating machine.
