Abstract:
A rotating pulp suction robot transfer moulding machine, comprising a frame (10), and further comprising a pulp container (20), the pulp container (20) being located at an inner bottom portion of the frame (10); a pulp container driving mechanism (30) is connected to the pulp container (20) and drives the pulp container (20) to move up and down; a pulp suction vacuum pipeline (40), the pulp suction vacuum pipeline (40) being distributed horizontally, and two ends of the pulp suction vacuum pipeline (40) being rotatably connected on the frame (10); a pulp suction mould (60) which is fixed at the center portion of the pulp suction vacuum pipeline (40), the pulp suction vacuum pipeline (40) being in communication with the pulp suction mould (60) by means of a vacuuming communication structure; a pressing mechanism (70), the pressing mechanism (70) matching with the pulp suction mould (60) in the downward direction and performing pressing on pulp material on the pulp suction mould (60) and making a wet intermediate of a paper pulp product on the pulp suction mould (60); a robot (80), a transfer mould (800) being installed on the robot (80), the robot (80) driving the transfer mould (800) to retrieve the wet intermediate of the paper pulp product and transfer said intermediate out of the frame (10); a high/low pressure water spray pipe (90), said pipe being slidably connected to the frame (10) in the forward and backward horizontal direction and arranged laterally above the pulp suction vacuum pipeline (40), a high pressure nozzle and a low pressure nozzle having downward-facing water outlets being provided on the high/low pressure water spray pipe (90).
