Abstract:
A rotating shaft, comprising: a shaft body (2), sleeves (3) respectively disposed on both ends of the shaft body (2), and fixing members (1) connected to the sleeves (3). At least one damping structure is provided in each sleeve (3); the fixing members (1) are rotated from a first state to a second state relative to the shaft body (2) by means of the sleeves (3); each sleeve (3) maintains a relative positional relationship with the shaft body (2) by virtue of the friction force generated by the at least one damping structure; the angles by which the fixing members (1) rotate relative to the shaft body (2) in the second state are different from the angles by which the fixing members (1) rotate relative to the shaft body (2) in the first state. Also provided is an electronic device.
