The present invention relates to a rotating signboard using a floating fountain, and more specifically, to a rotating signboard using a floating fountain which floats on various forms of water such as artificial or natural lakes, the sea, rivers, or dams and can provide an aesthetic impression by means of water jet and illumination and can provide advertising content by means of an LED advertising screen or an advertising flyer printed photorealistically.
