A rotating system, and a fluid motor, a compressor, a pump and an engine using same. The rotating system uses a primary rotating device (610), at least one left rotating device (620) and at least one right rotating device (630). Eccentric rotor mechanisms of the at least one left rotating device and at least one right rotating device counterweight an eccentric rotor mechanism of the primary rotating device while operating individually, avoiding fruitless energy consumption by counterweights in the prior art, improving energy conversion efficiency. An positioning piece and a sealing piece are further organically combined together to constitute a structure similar to a thrust ball bearing, realize the positioning of a rotating mechanism within an operation chamber by utilizing a positioning rolling ball (927), and realize the side sealing of the rotating mechanism by utilizing a holder (926) of the positioning rolling ball, thereby simplifying the mechanical structure of the rotating devices, reducing costs. A side pressure chamber is provided between the side of a rolling piston wheel (613, 623, 633) and a positioning sealing assembly (910, 920) to realize the side sealing of the rolling piston wheel, thereby realizing friction-minimized zero-play reliable sealed movement.
