Abstract:
A rotating table is rotatably and slidably disposed on a support body. A piston member is disposed so as to be capable of applying a pressing force to the rotating table along the direction of a rotational axis. The pressing force generates a rotation-direction restraining force with respect to rotation and sliding between the support body and the rotating table. The support body and the piston member are linked by a linking member. The linking member is flexible in the direction of the rotational axis and is rigid in the direction of rotation. When pressure is applied, restraining force is produced between the piston member and the rotating table.
