Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a rotation detector that is able to hold an antenna inside a rotation operation knob and enables downsizing of the detector. [Solution] The present invention is provided with: an insulation substrate 50; a holder 10 fixed on the insulation substrate 50; a rotor 40 that is rotatably held by the holder 10; a rotation operation knob 45 fixed to the rotor 40; and a loop antenna 30 comprising a conducting wire 31 wound around the holder 10. The rotor 40 is disposed on the outer side of the holder 10; the holder 10 has a protrusion 10b that protrudes upward higher than the upper end 40a of the rotor 40; the loop antenna 30 is disposed on the outside surface of the protrusion 10b; and the rotation operation knob 45 covers the protrusion 10b and the loop antenna 30.
