Abstract:
Provided is a rotation device whereby an object to be rotated can be easily rotated merely by the fingertips. The rotation device (1) is provided with: a first elongated member (2); a second elongated member (3) facing the first elongated member (2), with a zone in which a rod-shaped brush (6) serving as the object to be rotated being disposed between the members; a first rubber element (4) disposed between the first elongated member (2) and the second elongated member (3), the first rubber element being adapted to rotate the rod-shaped brush (6) in association with the rotational movement of the first elongated member (2) and the rotational movement of the second elongated member (3); and a second rubber element (5) disposed between the first elongated member (2) and the second elongated member (3), the second rubber element being attached to the first elongated member (2) and the second elongated member (3). The first rubber element (4) is positioned to one side of a boundary defined by a first axis (9) or a second axis (10) within the zone between the first elongated member (2) and the second elongated member (3), and the second rubber element (5) is positioned to the other side of the boundary defined by the first axis (9) or the second axis (10).
