Provided in the present application are a rotation mechanism and a foldable terminal. The rotation mechanism comprises a fixing base, a first swing arm, a second swing arm, a first limiting member and a second limiting member. The fixing base is provided with a first chute and a second chute. A first rotating shaft portion of the first swing arm is mounted in the first chute, and can rotate relative to the fixing base. A second rotating shaft portion of the second swing arm is mounted in the second chute, and can rotate relative to the fixing base. Rotation directions of the first rotating shaft portion and the second rotating shaft portion relative to the fixing base are opposite. The first limiting member penetrates a first sliding hole in the first rotating shaft portion, and is fixedly connected to the fixing base. When the first rotating shaft portion rotates relative to the fixing base, the first limiting member slides along the first sliding hole relative to the first rotating shaft portion. The second limiting member penetrates a second sliding hole in the second rotating shaft portion, and is fixedly connected to the fixing base; and when the second rotating shaft portion rotates relative to the fixing base, the second limiting member slides along the second sliding hole relative to the second rotating shaft portion.
