Abstract:
The present invention relates to a rotation radius brake apparatus for a swivel chair, in which a rotation radius brake structure is applied to a rotation frame structure of the swivel chair so that the seat of the swivel chair rotates within a predetermined rotation radius. The rotation radius brake apparatus comprises an upper frame which is coupled to the seat of the swivel chair to rotate by the rotation radius permitted by a rotation radius control brake member; a rotation radius setting member arranged beneath the upper frame to set the rotation angle for enabling the rotation radius control brake member to perform a rotation brake operation; and the rotation radius control brake member connected to a lower frame which contacts a floor such that the rotation radius control brake member operates in conjunction with the lower frame, and performs a brake function to enable the seat of the chair to rotate by the rotation angle set by the rotation radius setting member arranged beneath the upper frame.
