Abstract:
A rotation suppressing device (1) provided with: a main body part (10); a shaft part (20) that extends outwardly from the main body part (10) and that rotates around a first rotational axis (A1); a rotating part (30) that rotates in conjunction with the shaft part (20) around a second rotational axis (A2); a capturing part (40) that is affixed to the rotating part (30) and that captures space debris (D); a braking part (50) that suppresses the rotation of the shaft part (20); and a main body rotation suppressing part (60) that suppresses the rotation of the main body part (10) that is generated as a result of the action of the braking part (50).
