Abstract:
A rotation transmission device with a built-in one-way clutch capable of preventing peeling and fretting wear from occurring on its rolling surface and the rolling surfaces of the inner and outer rings of rolling bearings and having excellent heat resistance and wear resistance. The rotation transmission device comprises an inner diameter side rotating member and a cylindrical outer diameter side rotating member disposed coaxially with each other, a one-way clutch joining the outer diameter surface of the inner diameter side rotating member to the inner diameter surface of the outer diameter side rotating member only when the outer side rotating member is rotated at a higher speed than a speed at which the inner diameter side rotating member is rotated, and the rolling bearings allowing the relative rotation of these both rotating members to each other. A grease is filled in a clutch inner space in which a plurality of rollers are installed and a bearing spaces in which a plurality of rolling elements are installed. The grease comprises a base oil, a thickener, and an additive. The base oil is formed of a PAO oil and contains, as the additive, at least one compound selected from ZnDTC and ZnDTP in an amount of 0.01 to 15 wt.% based on the total amount of the grease.
