The present invention relates to a rotational-discharge type of cosmetics container which is capable of discharging a high-viscosity cosmetic such as a massage cream in a straightforward fashion just through the action of easily rotating a rotation guide without much effort when it is desired to discharge the high-viscosity cosmetic.
