Abstract:
A rotational isolation mechanism, comprising a guide disc (1) and multiple adjustment mechanisms (2). The guide disc is movably provided on a tailstock integrated body; the tailstock integrated body is used for mounting a tailstock workpiece; the guide disc is provided with a through hole; multiple rollers are evenly provided on the inner wall of the through hole in the circumferential direction of the through hole; partial side walls of the rollers can be in contact simultaneously with the outer wall of a rotational positioning body; and the rotational positioning body is used for mounting a spindle workpiece. All the adjustment mechanisms are fixedly provided on the tailstock integrated body; the multiple adjustment mechanisms are distributed around the guide disc; the radial position of the guide disc can be adjusted by the adjustment mechanisms working in conjunction, so as to enable the guide disc to be coaxial with the rotational positioning body, and the position of the guide disc can be locked. Also provided is a friction welding machine comprising the rotational isolation mechanism. According to the rotational isolation mechanism and the friction welding machine, a workpiece can be prevented from shifting during welding.
