Abstract:
The present invention is characterized by providing a rotor-blade attachment method for a renewable energy power generation device in which a rotor blade can be easily attached to a hub, without using an elaborate device to attach the rotor blade. The rotor-blade attachment method for a renewable energy power generation device is equipped with a rotor blade, a hub having a blade member to which the rotor blade is attached and a bearing that rotatably supports the blade member, a power generator to which torque is input from a rotor side having the rotor-blade and the hub, and a pitch drive mechanism that adjusts the pitch angle of the rotor blade, wherein the rotor-blade attachment method is provided with the following steps: a step (S1) for attaching a hanging device to the rotor blade; a step (S2) for hanging the rotor blade; a step (S3) in which a hub-blade attachment member and a rotor-blade base part are made to face each other and the rotor blade is held in place; a step (S4) for rotating the blade attachment member to a prescribed angle position by means of the pitch drive mechanism, with the rotor blade held in place; and a step (S5) for affixing the rotor blade to the hub after the blade attachment member is rotated to the prescribed angle position.
