Abstract:
A rotor casting apparatus (10) according to the present invention comprises: a die assembly (100) into which the core (C) of a rotor (R) is inserted and molten metal is injected; a venting means (200) for controlling and venting the air in the interior of the die cavity of the die assembly (100) by means of a leverage method prior to pouring into the interior of the die assembly (100); and a pressing unit assembly (300) for applying pressure on the molten metal filling the die assembly (100). The present invention has the benefit of enhancing the cast quality of the rotor by controlling and venting the air in the interior of the die cavity by means of the leverage method before pouring to cast the rotor.
